ABOUT NATALIA
Natalia is an Ayurvedic Yoga Massage therapist, completing over 300 hours of study with AYM UK. She brings a background in psychology and a longstanding interest in the mind-body connection. Her journey into bodywork began in 2022, following 10 years of dedicated yoga practice and exploration of various styles of movement and massage. She was drawn to Ayurvedic Yoga Massage for its unique blend of deep tissue work, assisted stretches, mobilisations and breath-focused techniques.Treatments take place on a comfortable floor mat, creating space for fluid movement, deep stretches, and the use of body weight to provide grounding pressure. In a fast-paced world, Natalia believes in the importance of slowing down. Her sessions are designed to support down-regulation of the nervous system, creating space for relaxation and tension release. She aims to offer a safe, supportive environment where clients can fully soften and let go.
