Story Telling with Captain Raggy Beard!

There is nothing more valuable than nurturing a love of stories in children to encourage reading, writing and self expression. No one does this better than a good storyteller!

And where better to tell stories than around the camp-fire where stories have long been shared between people for as long as humans have existed, connecting people from generation to generation.

This summer get ready for tales of pirates, princesses, fairies and mermaids as The Captain takes you on a journey from one world to another full of myth, mystery and magic!

A NIGHT FOR ALL AGES

Ever wanted to hear why the mermaid left her tears? OR how the dragon lost his fire? This evening Captain Raggy Beard will retell stories of old and tales of pirates and the sea!

This session will include some fun games and activities to take part in for the youngsters but be sure to remember we were all children once, so mums & dads will surely be taken on a journey just as fun!

“So come with me where dreams are born and time is never planned. Just think of happy things and your heart will fly on wings…”
